Peter is a seasoned lawyer with experience in corporate, commercial, and transactional law, including lending, mergers and acquisitions and financing.

Ventures North; Donahue Ernst & Young LLP; Lang Michener LLP.
With both private practice, and in-house experience, Peter came to Caravel Law following a lengthy career working with small and medium-sized companies.
As General Counsel, he has advised on corporate governance, employment, finance, and operations. In private practice, he has assisted clients from various industries (such as hospitality, technology, and fintech) with corporate set up, restructuring, financings, and other general commercial and contractual considerations.
With an extensive history working with clients on private equity, venture capital, lending, M&A and commercial law matters, he provides legal expertise coupled with practical business advice.
