Eva Melamed

Eva is an experienced commercial and civil litigator with strong expertise in employment law, human rights, and disability laws.

At Caravel Law, Eva represents and advises clients in commercial, civil, and employment litigation across a broad spectrum of subject matters, including contractual disputes, and employment.

Eva has regularly represented both corporate and individual clients at the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, and in mediations.

Eva has extensive experience in the negotiation and drafting of pleadings, facta and research memoranda with respect to a variety of legal issues.

Previously, Eva gained commercial, civil litigation and administrative law experience by providing services to a variety of clients with a particular focus on health care professionals.
