Susan is a banking and financial services lawyer with extensive in-house experience.
At Caravel Law, Susan works with clients to assess and mitigate operational and legal risks with respect to regulatory and banking matters.
Susan has worked with credit unions, external counsel, and internal departments to develop and update a variety of complex commercial agreements.
As in-house counsel, Susan has provided general legal support to internal departments and overseen the work of staff responsible for trademarks and privacy standards.
Susan has negotiated and drafted a wide variety of commercial agreements including agreements and documentation that support depository and clearing/settlement services.
Previously, Susan has reviewed proposed securities regulatory instruments and drafted submissions reflecting the position of the banks and their securities subsidiaries.
