Robin Dodokin

Robin is a senior litigator with expertise in civil and commercial litigation, business disputes, insolvency matters, and mediation.

At Caravel Law, Robin provides legal and strategic advice in all aspects of litigation from pleadings to discovery to trial.

Previously, Robin has worked as a member of the litigation, insolvency and conflict resolution practice groups at a number of leading Toronto firms.

Robin has represented financial institutions, lenders, debtors, insolvency professionals, companies, owners, and individuals. She has expertise in complex receiverships and CCAA proceedings, fraud remedies (including obtaining injunctive relief), and enforcing rights and remedies in contract and tort.

Robin has resolved priority disputes, set aside fraudulent transactions, traced funds, negotiated asset sales, and enforced contractual and statutory rights.

Robin is also experienced in using her skills as a litigator and mediator in respect of business, contractual, and professional liability disputes. Robin is the Founder and Managing Lawyer of Dodokin Law & Conflict Resolution, in association with Caravel Law.
