Joe is a co-founder of Cognition and specializes in commercial agreements, particularly in the technology, telecommunications, professional services and sports and entertainment sectors. Joe also has experience in regulatory and compliance matters in financial services, telecommunications and gaming.
Joe is a fervent football fan and supporter of recent immigrants to Canada. A dedicated father of three, Joe only allows his kids to say “stupid” when referring to the Montreal Canadiens. Now that all his initial clients have had successful exit transactions, Joe now focuses his time on spreading the gospel of the new model law firm and service delivery model that Cognition represents.
