Jeff is a securities practitioner whose career path has taken him through private practice, regulatory, in-house and now back to private practice. Jeff’s practice focuses on corporate finance with expertise in public and private financings across the full spectrum of capital instruments. Jeff also has experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate and board governance, public disclosure requirements and stock exchange compliance. As a former general counsel of a mining issuer, Jeff developed significant industry expertise.

Alter Ego:

Jeff enjoys all sports (except for soccer) but primarily hockey, golf and skiing. His true love, however, is waterskiing – he is a certified instructor. Jeff also has a passion for travelling, and his adventures having taken him from milking goats on the Mongolian plains, cycling down the “world’s most dangerous road” in La Paz, Bolivia and racing camels in the Indian desert.
