Frank has extensive history working with businesses of various sizes in numerous types of commercial transactions, with a specific focus on the information technology, telecommunications and high tech manufacturing industries. Frank is a frequent speaker on leading edge IT Law issues including privacy, data security, SAAS-based products and open source. He is also an active member of the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association (CCCA) where he was the Co-Chair of the 2005 CCCA Annual Spring Conference and a member of the CCCA National Board from 2003-2007.

Alter Ego:

When away from work, you can find Frank decked out in white and blue cheering on his favourite football team with the twelve other seasons-tickets holders.  He passionately defends the legitimacy of Canadian football and, in particular, his beloved Argos with the same vigour that his law practice.
